2016 Infiniti QX60 Redesign, Release date

The 2016 Infiniti QX60 is expected to get a few changes and upgrades for this model year. Since its first release in 2013, the Infiniti QX60 has proven itself to be a successful SUV in the automotive market. Although the changes will not be a complete overhaul on the design of the vehicle, Infiniti plans to improve the already stylish SUV in ways that will be sure to make it an all around nicer SUV to drive.

The interior is expected to be given a slightly more luxurious cabin, complete with high-quality leather, wood grain accents and more passenger space. The cabin will have three rows of seating to comfortably seat up to seven passengers and foldable seats to increase cargo capacity. The 2016 Infiniti QX60 will come with a seven-inch interactive LCD display, dual automatic climate control and Bluetooth wireless technology for more convenience and safety.

The exterior is not expected to receive too many changes. However, the vehicle will be given larger 20 inch wheels that will add to both the style and comfort of the car and possibly a slightly modified body for the hybrid version.

2016 Infiniti QX60 Engine and fuel economy

The 2016 Infiniti QX60 will be available with two different engine options. For those looking for more power, there will be a 3.5 Liter V6 option that will produce an impressive 260 horsepower and 250 1b-ft of torque. As Japanese cars are known for their efficiency, the fuel economy will probably hover somewhere at around 21 to 27 mpg, depending on the driving conditions. This is quite efficient for a petrol engine of that size. If you are looking to conserve more and are willing to sacrifice a little bit of power, the Infiniti QX60 will also come in a hybrid version. This version will come with a 2.5 Liter hybrid engine that will produce a similar 250 horsepower with 243 lb-ft of torque and will still be perfectly capable of providing enough power to meet most people’s needs. The fuel consumption for the hybrid version is expected to be around 26-28 mpg, which provides much more efficiency if you plan on doing a lot of city driving.

2016 Infiniti QX60 Price and release

The revised 2016 Infiniti QX60 is expected to be released towards the end of 2015. The price will probably only go up slightly from the previous version and is expected to cost somewhere between $42,000 and $44,000 for the entry level model. Expect a higher price for the hybrid variant. As this SUV has been such a great vehicle in the past, the new changes will surely make it more useful, convenient and more of a value than before.
