Germans are perhaps the most performance-oriented auto producers, due to the fact that their redesigns almost always include engine changes and innovations under the hood. This time, new 2016 Audi Q7 brings yet another surprise. It will be offered as an e-tron plug-in hybrid, as well, which will be able to produce up to 369 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque of combined power. 2016 Audi Q7 e-tron will be released after the regular version, so hybrid enthusiasts will have to wait for a little bit longer.

For US market 2016 Q7 will be available with two gasoline and two diesel engines. Gasoline engines will include V6 and V8 TFSI units, 3.6-liter V6 with 280 horsepower and 4.2-liter V8 with 350 horsepower.  Diesel power units also include both V6 and V8. Base diesel is a 3.0-liter V6 TDI with 265 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque, while V8 TDI offers around 450 horsepower. Quattro all-wheel drive will be available as standard for every trim

2016 Audi SQ7 premiere will delight all power-fans, since speculated power of this model could go up to 400 horsepower and even 600 lb-ft of torque.

Fuel economy will be improved, thanks to weight reduction, but not as much as we might expected it, mainly due to extensive power and numerous additional features.
